This Privacy Policy explains what information Seeded ("we", "us") collects when you use the Seeded app and the seeded.app website (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — email address and basic profile details you provide when you sign up.
- Your content — voice recordings, transcripts, goals, and preferences you create in the app. This is the heart of Seeded and is treated as private to you.
- Purchase information — subscription status from the app store and our payments processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage and device data — basic diagnostics such as app version, device type, crash logs, and feature usage, used to keep the Service working well.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: storing your recordings, generating your audio sessions, tracking streaks, and sending reminders you ask for.
- To process subscriptions and provide support.
- To improve reliability and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private recordings for advertising.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run the Service, such as cloud hosting and databases, speech and audio processing to power voice features, and subscription management. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function for us.
4. Our social media accounts
We publish our own original promotional content to our official accounts on platforms such as TikTok, X, and Pinterest through those platforms' official tools and APIs. The authorization tokens involved belong to our own accounts. We do not collect or process other users' data from those platforms.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your content stays in your account until you delete it or delete your account. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records. You can request deletion any time at info@getseeded.app.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Children
Seeded is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@getseeded.app and we will honor applicable rights.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the date above always reflects the current version.
