Seeded ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Seeded mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: Email address and display name when you create an account.
Voice Recordings: Audio recordings captured during voice sessions. These are processed to generate transcripts and personalized content.
Face Photos: If you opt in to vision image generation, you may upload face photos. These are used solely to create personalized vision images.
Session Data: Your spoken responses, vision board content, session history, feeling check-ins, and focus area preferences.
Usage Data: App interactions, session frequency, device type, and operating system version for improving the experience.
Subscription Data: Purchase history and subscription status managed through RevenueCat.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Personalize your voice sessions, vision board, and sleep visualizations
- Generate voice clones for narration (Premium tier, via ElevenLabs)
- Create personalized vision images from your session responses and face photos
- Generate dynamic session questions tailored to your goals
- Track your emotional trends and session history
- Process subscriptions and manage your account
- Improve and optimize the app experience
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to power features within Seeded:
- ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis for narration and voice cloning
- OpenAI — Dynamic question generation and sleep script creation
- fal.ai — Vision image generation and face processing
- Supabase — Secure data storage and authentication
- RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Voice recordings and face photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your voice clone at any time from your Profile settings
- Delete your face photos and generated vision images
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
- Access your data by requesting an export via email
6. Children's Privacy
Seeded is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data including voice recordings, face photos, and session history will be permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Seeded after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
