Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Seeded mobile application ("App") provided by FORARI Brands LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Seeded offers premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans:
- Monthly: $6.99 per month
- Yearly: $69.99 per year
Free Trial: Eligible subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged the subscription price for the selected plan.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Refunds: All subscription purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Premium Features
Premium subscribers receive access to:
- Sleep mode and all healing frequencies
- Voice clone and premium session experiences
- Unlimited sessions and focus areas
- All current and future premium features
Free users have access to limited features as described in the App.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the App, including voice recordings, face photos, and session responses. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
- Share your account credentials with third parties
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by FORARI Brands LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Seeded is a wellness and personal development tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORARI Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which FORARI Brands LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
