Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seeded mobile application, the seeded.app website, and related services (together, "Seeded" or the "Service"), operated by the Seeded team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Seeded is a voice-first visualization and habit companion. You record spoken intentions and goals; Seeded turns them into audio sessions, reminders, and streak tracking designed to support a regular visualization practice. Seeded is a wellness tool, not medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Seeded. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Parts of Seeded require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before purchase and billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the app store's policies.

4. Your content

Your voice recordings, transcripts, and goals remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and play your content back to you and to operate features you request (for example, generating audio sessions from your recordings). We do not sell your content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Our social channels

We publish our own original content (including video) to our official social media accounts, such as TikTok, X, and Pinterest, using the platforms' official tools and APIs. That content is promotional material for Seeded and is governed by each platform's own terms for viewers on that platform.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific outcomes from any visualization or habit practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Seeded and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
